• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, understanding their learning needs and expectations
• Proactively monitor student progress and identify potential areas for improvement
• Provide timely and comprehensive support to students and parents, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently
• Assist students in setting realistic learning goals and developing personalized learning plans
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and teachers
• Gather and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement in our platform and services
• Prepare and present customer success reports to senior management
