• Provide technical support to students and their parents via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Whitehat Jr's online learning platform and applications
• Answer customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively
• Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services
• Stay up-to-date on Whitehat Jr's products, features, and policies to provide accurate and consistent support
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation
