Responsibilities:

• Support champion: Be the first point of contact for parents and students, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to WhiteHat Jr programs and curriculum.
• Tech-savvy guide: Provide technical support to students facing challenges within the coding platform, ensuring they overcome obstacles and continue their learning journey.
• Communication maestro: Clearly explain complex coding concepts in a way that is fun, engaging, and age-appropriate for children.
• Empathy advocate: Actively listen to parents' and students' needs, building rapport and ensuring their satisfaction with the WhiteHat Jr experience.
• Problem-solving ninja: Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalate complex concerns when necessary, and maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout.
• Data detective: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure continuous quality of service.
