  • Student Champion: Be the first point of contact for students and their families, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback with empathy and a proactive approach.

  • Relationship Builder: Develop strong bonds with students and their families, fostering trust and encouraging ongoing engagement through personalized interactions and positive reinforcement.
  • Learning Curator: Recommend relevant learning resources, workshops, and activities to personalize the student experience and maximize their learning outcomes.
  • Community Conductor: Foster a thriving community of young coders by promoting interaction, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among students.
