  • Provide travel arrangements and booking, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring VIPs are always on time and prepared.
  • Handle logistics for meetings and events, including catering, audio/visual equipment, and transportation.
  • Research and recommend restaurants, activities, and entertainment options for VIPs.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
