Job Summary

We're seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Developing and implementing efficient sales processes and workflows.
  • Managing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining sales collateral and training materials.
  • Supporting the sales team with forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to drive sales growth.
  • Utilizing CRM and other sales tools to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Identifying and implementing sales automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Myntra's sales goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement sales processes that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Manage sales pipeline and opportunity stages.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales training materials.
  • Onboard new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales processes.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho etc.) a plus.
    • Experience with sales automation tools (Salesloft, Outreach etc.) a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Passion for the fashion industry and e-commerce.
