As a Customer Support Hero, you'll be the voice of Zomato, providing exceptional support to our users across various channels. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, including order issues, restaurant information, app functionality, and feedback. Your proactive approach, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Provide accurate information about restaurants, menus, offers, and Zomato policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
