• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across Zomato
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to identify the best fit for each position
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess cultural fit, personality, and potential
• Make hiring recommendations to the Recruitment Manager based on interview assessments
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, even if they are not hired for the current position
• Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks
