As a Phone Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our merchant base, driving transaction growth, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new merchants, nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the success of Zomato's products and services within your assigned territory.

  • Identify and prospect potential merchant leads through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and telemarketing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits and features of Zomato's products and services
  • Close deals, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely onboarding of new merchants
  • Provide ongoing support to existing merchants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly
  • Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
