- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Order Management and Tracking:
- Monitor and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Track order statuses, address delivery discrepancies, and liaise with delivery partners to optimize the overall delivery process.
- Provide real-time updates to customers on the status of their orders, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Product Knowledge and Guidance:
- Develop a deep understanding of Zomato's platform, features, and services to effectively assist customers.
