- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding orders, deliveries, app functionality, and other related issues.
- Delivery Partner Support: Assist delivery partners with technical issues, app navigation, payment concerns, and other logistical challenges they encounter.
- Problem-Solving: Actively listen to understand customer and delivery partner concerns, diagnose issues, and provide efficient solutions.
- De-escalation: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while handling escalated situations, effectively mediating and resolving conflicts.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions, contributing to reports that inform service improvements.
- Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge Base Management: Stay updated on relevant information and policies to provide accurate and consistent support.
